Shipping

Artworks are printed on order and handled with meticulous care. Each piece is individually wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to ensure protection against scratches or creases during transit.
For shipping, your art print is securely housed in a rigid cardboard tube, sealed at both ends for optimal safeguarding. The shipping service includes a tracking number and insurance coverage for added peace of mind.

The production process typically takes between 2 to 4 days, extending to an additional 10 days for framed prints. Once shipped, postal delivery generally ranges from 2 to 5 days on average.

Refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days following delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when received and be accompanied by its original packaging.
Upon receipt of your package, I kindly request that you carefully inspect its integrity. If any damage is observed, it is crucial to notify the delivery person immediately. This notification ensures that insurance coverage can be applied to address any issues promptly.

Upon receipt of your return, I will conduct an inspection and notify you via email regarding the item’s arrival. You’ll also receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your return is approved, the refund process will begin, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping expenses are non-refundable. For added security, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
