Artworks are printed on order and handled with meticulous care. Each piece is individually wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to ensure protection against scratches or creases during transit.
For shipping, your art print is securely housed in a rigid cardboard tube, sealed at both ends for optimal safeguarding. The shipping service includes a tracking number and insurance coverage for added peace of mind.
The production process typically takes between 2 to 4 days, extending to an additional 10 days for framed prints. Once shipped, postal delivery generally ranges from 2 to 5 days on average.
Refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days following delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when received and be accompanied by its original packaging.
Upon receipt of your package, I kindly request that you carefully inspect its integrity. If any damage is observed, it is crucial to notify the delivery person immediately. This notification ensures that insurance coverage can be applied to address any issues promptly.
